Reading A-Z Online Books - http://www.readinga-z.com/ I've subscribed to this site for 3 years now and it's worth every penny to download and print books that are already leveled for the very emergent up to fluent readers. It also includes benchmarks that you can use for Running Record Assessments. The only challenge? Make sure you download the assembly instructions - there's a trick!

Starfall - http://www.starfall.com/ Primarily designed for gr. 1 teachers but suitable for K-2.  Wonderful interactive site. The Starfall learn-to-read program was created to meet the needs of the emergent reader by incorporating rhyming games and high-interest books that teach phonemic awareness (sounds in words), phonics, decoding skills, and comprehension.
Storyline Online - http://www.bookpals.net/storyline/ The Screen Actors Guild Foundation has created this video streaming read-aloud by famous actors/actresses/authors. It is "awesome"! The featured story is Polar Express read by Lou Diamond Phillips. On the left margin is the access to previous stories, and more stories. You could be here for hours...!
